Get help with CalGather
For questions, bug reports, or feedback, email innolabdevelop@gmail.com. CalGather is currently in development; public release and download details are not yet available.
Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, CalGather version, and the steps that led to the problem. If the issue involves a connected calendar, tell us the provider and the type of calendar involved.
Do not email account passwords, API tokens, private calendar addresses, or unredacted event information. Remove personal details from screenshots before sharing them.
Start with a local calendar
Open CalGather and use the add button to create an event or a task. Choose a local calendar, review the date and time, and save. Local planning does not require a CalGather account or a network connection.
Use the view controls to switch between agenda, day, week, month, and tasks. Year view is available on iPad and on iPhone in landscape.
Device calendars and reminders
Open Settings → System connections to choose which device sources CalGather can display. Calendar and reminder access must also be allowed in the device’s system Settings.
If a source does not appear, check its permission and whether the account is configured in iOS. Sync for calendars supplied by system accounts is managed by iOS and the provider. Access and editing depend on the source’s permissions.
Widgets and Apple Watch
Open Settings → Widgets and Apple Watch to enable agenda sharing. The Watch companion needs a compatible paired watch. If the schedule appears out of date, open CalGather on the iPhone and check that sharing remains enabled.
Shared snapshots can be retained while a device is offline. Changes may require the devices to reconnect before they appear everywhere.
Backups and connected accounts
Create a local backup before replacing or restoring planner data. Exports, device backups, and connected provider accounts are separate copies; deleting one does not automatically delete the others.
If a calendar connection fails, check the account configuration and connectivity before removing anything. Send a description of the error to support without including credentials or private subscription URLs.
